of taxes and are subject to change (including exchange-rate
fluctuations) without notice).
We are keen to welcome guests who wish to
take advantage of the Florida sunshine for longer periods.
Discounts are therefore available for stays of 3 weeks or
more. Please contact us for
details.
Pool heating recommended (especially October to April incl.)
but not obligatory; £85/$150 per week.
A refundable security deposit of £200/$350 per booking
is required.
A non-refundable deposit of £150/$270 per week is required
at the time of booking.
The balance and security deposit are due 10 weeks prior to
arrival.
Saturday to Saturday bookings are preferred. Other start
days may be possible depending on availability.
Reservations of less than 7 nights may be available depending
on availability, but will incur a cleaning charge of £60/$105.
Payments can be accepted either in £ sterling or US
$. Travellers cheques, US dollars and sterling cheques are
all accepted.
