King Size Master Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom ("Owners Suite")
This stunning bedroom with vaulted ceiling overlooks the pool area and has an elaborate king size bed, adorned with luxurious bedding, matching nightstands and a large dresser. A 19" remote control cable TV, plus hairdryer and radio alarm clock are also provided for your use and a ceiling fan is fitted for your additional comfort. There is also a large walk-in closet.

The adjoining en-suite bathroom has a large oval bath, large walk-in shower, two mirrored vanity wash basins and toilet. A door leads from the bathroom to the pool area.

Queen Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom (Bedroom 4)
This is located to the front of the property in the quietest part of the house, away from the pool. It is furnished with a queen-sized bed, matching nightstands and dresser and has a walk-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. A 13" remote control TV and radio alarm clock are also provided.

The en-suite bathroom features a large walk-in shower, mirrored vanity washbasin and toilet.

Twin Bedroom (Bedroom 2)
With the Princess of the family in mind this pretty bedroom is every girls dream. It features two delightful single beds, matching nightstand and pretty dresser, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, TV and radio alarm clock.

Twin Bedroom (Bedroom 3)
With the kids in mind this surf-themed bedroom is furnished with two single beds, matching nightstand and chest of drawers. A walk-in closet, ceiling fan, TV with PS2 and radio alarm clock complete this light, airy room.

Both twin bedrooms are serviced by an adjacent bathroom with large bath/shower, mirrored vanity washbasin and toilet.

Family Room and Nook
The light, spacious family room with vaulted ceiling overlooks the pool and lake. It features ample, comfortable seating for all to watch the remote control 32" cable television or perhaps a DVD or video in the DVD/VCR combo player. A selection of videos and DVDs is provided for your use, together with a variety of books and games.

High speed internet access is available in this room.

A nook with a small table and chairs adjoins both the family room and kitchen and is perfect for casual dining.

Sliding glass doors give access to the large south facing deck and pool.

Living Room and Dining Room
A second living area provides some quiet, perhaps for the adults of the family. There is also a radio/CD player for those who would prefer to listen to some music. Again with vaulted ceiling this room features comfortable seating, the sofa converting to a queen-sized bed to accommodate a further two guests if required.

The formal dining area which is open-planned to the living room seats six people comfortably.

Kitchen
The open-planned kitchen leads directly to both the family room and dining/living room. It is fully equipped with every convenience you could wish for including: full size oven and hob, refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee-maker, etc.

A separate utility room with washing-machine, tumble-dryer, iron and ironing-board adjoins the kitchen. Pool towels can also be found in this room for your use.

Games Room / Garage
Challenge your family or friends to a game of pool or air hockey in our fully equipped games room with fans to keep you cool while you play.

South Facing Pool and Deck Area
This is the perfect place to unwind, whilst taking in the breathtaking view of the picturesque lake and conservation woodland area beyond.

The large, private, south-facing screened pool and deck area features a 30ft x 15ft pool with underwater lighting for that evening swim. For the cooler winter months there is a pool heater (available at additional cost).

There are four cushioned sun loungers and a table and six cushioned chairs. A covered lanai with ceiling fan and light provides the perfect place for 'al fresco' dining.

A child safety fence is also available for your peace of mind when the pool is not in use.
